Acid Cleaner, Corrosion & Scale Remover

RENOVATE is a concentrated low pH acid cleaner designed to remove corrosion and scale from a wide variety of metal surfaces including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum. This product is specially formulated with a phosphoric acid base, making it less aggressive than hydrochloric or sulphuric acid-based products.  In addition, it is non-fuming, making it safer to use and apply.

After cleaning and descaling are complete, RENOVATE will passivate metal surfaces by imparting a thin phosphate film.  This film provides temporary rust inhibition and makes an excellent base for paint applications on ferrous metal surfaces resulting in superior paint adhesion.
